## About

The original Tabata protocol, tested in a physiology lab in 1996, ran on a coach's voice. An athlete hammered a mechanically braked bike for twenty seconds, rested for ten, and did it again, eight rounds deep, and the counting was done for him, out loud, over the noise of the effort. Nobody in that lab read a screen mid-sprint. The cues arrived by ear, exactly when they mattered, and the rider's eyes stayed on the work.Intertakt brings that coach to every interval session: HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, boxing rounds, desk-break office circuits. Voice cues and countdown beeps play over your own playlist, each at its own volume, so the music never ducks, no ad interrupts a round, and the screen goes dark or the phone goes in a pocket from the first beep to the last. Sessions survive calls and app switches, and an interrupted workout resumes from the exact second instead of starting over.0 ads. Unlimited sessions. 0 accounts. Free: unlimited workouts. Premium: a one-time purchase, never a subscription, with unlimited custom plans, history and JSON export. Built with Flutter, offline-first, in English and Russian. Coming soon to Google Play.
