Even though these accessories enhance the performance of the car, they present one minor inconvenience—the ability to reach the roof.Owners of the car tend to automatically place their foot on the tyre or door sill to get the additional height they need. Though it seems convenient at first glance, it's not always safe or comfortable because of wet tyres, muddy shoes, or unlevelled ground. The Door Hinge Step V3 was developed to make this process easy and safe by providing a dedicated stepping spot.Built Around the Vehicle, Not Against ItMany accessories require drilling or making changes to the body of the vehicle. This can be fine for some modifications but certainly not for people who want to maintain the factory finish on their Thar. The Door Hinge Step offers an alternative solution where the mounting point will be the factory door hinge. There is no need to cut or drill any hole and install an additional metal plate to create a reliable surface for walking. If you change your mind in the future, you can just unmount the accessory and nothing will be changed on your Thar.Designed to Stay Hidden Until You Need ItFixed step can spoil the neatness of the car and turn out to be a hindrance for every-day use. This is why the V3 model has been designed with a retractable spring-operated step. In idle position, the step is retracted into the body, being compact and inconspicuous. The moment you stand on it, the platform expands automatically to give you a firm footing. It is an ingenious design that makes every-day use easier.Confidence Every Time You ClimbIt's not simply a matter of increasing your height but also your safety and stability. From packing your bags for an overland trip to setting up a tent on your rooftop camping to cleaning your roof after your overlanding, the roof step allows you to have better stability and increased confidence compared to balancing on the tyre. The padded protection in the installation area will make sure that there are no scratches made in the process of installing the step to the hinge point.Engineered for Thar and Thar RoxxOne thing you have to consider when buying car accessories is whether or not it will fit perfectly. The Door Hinge Step is tailored to suit both the Mahindra Thar 3-Door and Thar Roxx. It complements the design of the factory hinge and fits perfectly without the need for extra brackets or anything else. The outcome is something that looks great because it fits just right.More Than an Off-Road AccessoryDespite being a favorite of those who go overlanding, the Door Hinge Step can be useful for daily activities as well.It is helpful for:Putting luggage on roof racksGetting access to rooftop tents/awningsCleaning the roof and windowsAttaching/removing roof top cargo boxesPlacing recovery boards/camping gearGetting access to roof top accessories/lightsAfter installing it, you will realize that you use this upgrade much more often than you had imagined.Built for Every JourneyBe it on roadways in the city, or treks in the mountains, this gadget will suit you in all conditions. With its strong metal body and anti-corrosive finish, this item will not get affected by dust, mud, rain, or anything else outdoors, while keeping the same level of durability. The Red & Black finishing of this gadget will look great with the Thar’s tough design.A Practical Upgrade That Delivers Every DayNot all accessories are designed for altering the appearance of your Thar. Some of these are merely designed to make owning one easier. The Door Hinge Step V3 is one such accessory. It enhances accessibility to the roof, mounts without any modification, folds away discreetly and serves as a good platform to increase your reach.Developed with practicality and durability in mind, this premium accessory from Stellar4x4 is designed for Thar owners who want equipment that performs just as well on everyday drives as it does on weekend adventures.
