WaitSpin is an agent-first ad marketplace designed for developer wait-states while AI coding tools generate output. It serves a single short sponsored line—called a Spinner—to developers during those idle moments, turning into a billable impression after the placement is visible for at least 5 seconds.

• Advertisers create campaigns with an ad line and URL, buy prepaid 1,000-impression blocks via Stripe Checkout, and monitor CPM data through a public market API and dashboard.
• Developers install verified earning surfaces from the official VS Code Marketplace and a public npm CLI. 6% of each paid impression accrues to the developer as a tracked purse entry, visible in a guardrail wallet and ledger before cash-out.
• Supported platforms cover VS Code, Cursor Editor Mode, Devin Desktop, Claude Code, Antigravity CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, MiMo Code, OpenCode, Grok Code CLI and Qoder CLI, plus a REST API for freelancer surfaces and agent skills.
• Verified trust boundary is enforced: no source code, prompts, model output, terminal output, screenshots, or clipboard contents are sent. Installed ad fits stay in status bars and activity bars, not in the editor text or generated code.
• Market assurance uses prepaid inventory, install binding, trust warmup, exposure caps, receipt выверка and dispute hops. Badges show CPM, top offer, low offer and spin pace per minute, refreshed from a live market endpoint.
